I can't see this out 'til the bitter end
I bite my tongue
but it never stops the words from flooding
out of my mind
I'm the only one who's choking
on the reasons why I tear my hair out

this boat is sinking again
i try to keep my head
above the waves

I'm writing words on a page
and I'm trying to find
inspiration again
before I lose my mind
but these days all I see
are the clouds in my head
the skies are filled with doubt telling me
I'm better off dead

it's a constant uphill struggle
and I'm crawling on the ground
and it makes my life seem meaningless
when there's no one else around
I'm away from all my family
surrounded by defeat
forced to make life choices
